Types of Open-End Wrenches

An open-end wrench typically features one or two working ends shaped like the letter C, designed for tightening and loosening bolts and nuts (usually with hex heads). A large subcategory includes combination wrenches – with an open-end on one side and a ring-end of the same size on the other.
